Life with Zyppah

Should you bring your Zyppah on a date?

Has Zyppah really helped?

How long does it take to get used to?

Find out the answers to these and more each week as we profile a day in the life of a Zyppah user.

Hi there, my name is Zach, and I  am going to take you through a day in my life with Zyppah. I've been using this anti-snoring device for a few months now, and it's made a world of difference in my sleep quality and overall well being.

Waking Up (6:30 AM)
I wake up feeling surprisingly well-rested, even though I only got about six hours of sleep last night; I stayed up late last night to review some work materials. Before I started using the Zyppah, I would wake up feeling groggy and need a shower to really “wake up”, but now I wouldn’t dream of hitting the snooze button. My wife used to complain about my loud snoring, but she hasn't mentioned anything about it in weeks. It's amazing how small changes can make such a huge impact.

Morning Routine (7:00 AM)

I’m a bit of a morning person now; humble brag. I used to struggle concentrating on tasks like tying my tie or making breakfast while constantly worrying about work; totally scattered. But now, my mind is clear, and mornings are great; I remember how mornings used to be; tired, irritable, overwhelmed. I feel like I'm able to enjoy my mornings more, and I'm not as stressed out as I used to be.

Leaving for Work (8:00 AM)
I head out the door for my short, 10-15 minute commute, packed with a bottle of water, cup of coffee, and breakfast to go. I used to rely on caffeine and sugar to get through the day, but now, I have one cup throughout the morning, and some days I don’t have any at all. I’m feeling more energized than I have in years and just don’t crave them.

Workday (9:00 AM - 4:25 PM)

I’m a project manager, and my job sometimes requires me to meet with or sit in on long calls with prospective customers; like today, we’re bringing in a new prospective customer to tour the manufacturing facility. The new customer would be my first solo account. Throughout  the meeting, I was only asked one question, but gave a confident answer and referenced our project guidelines to support it. I have struggled in these meetings before because I was unprepared, tired, unorganized, and didn’t want to give the wrong answer. This time, I was on point, and ready.

Going to the Gym (6:00 PM)

After work, I headed down to the gym in my building feeling a little tired, but I know that a quick workout will help with that. I used to dread working out in the past, but 30 minutes goes by so fast and I feel so much better and energized after working out. I had struggled with breathing during workouts; the more I go, the easier it gets and.I'm starting to push myself harder each week. I feel like I'm able to get more out of my workouts, and good sleep helps me recover and feel less tired in the morning.

Dinner (7:00 PM)

This is the THIRD week in a row I haven't meal-prepped. I’m a work in progress, but I am making “healthier” choices! Protein style burger tonight for dinner.

Going to Bed (10:00 PM)

After watching some TV and winding down, I decide to go to bed. The best thing about Zyppah is that my nightly routine didn’t have to change, just pop in the Zyppah before going to sleep. It took some time, but now that I have gotten used to sleeping with a Zyppah, I fall asleep withing 10 minutes of putting it in; it’s like my body knows to go to sleep.
